Improving Quality of Life Through Effective Intervention
Indira Hightower

Clinical Supervisor

It was while working in a group home as a Behavior Specialist with adults with developmental disabilities, that Indira found her true passion. She was introduced to the fascinating world of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and mentored by a group of amazing BCBAs within the group home setting. Indira’s new found love for ABA inspired her to change her career path from law school to pursuing an M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Indira graduated with a B.A. from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN and an M.S. from Nova Southeastern University in Ft Lauderdale, FL. Indira is currently pursuing an Ed.D at Nova Southeastern University, with an expected graduation date of 2023.

Indira has over 10 years experience working within the field of ABA in a variety of settings and positions. She has experience providing quality therapy in families’ homes, at clinics, schools, and group homes. Indira is affectionately referred to as the child whisperer among her colleagues. She measures her success as a BCBA by the growth and development of the children and adults that she has worked with over the years. It brings Indira great joy to enrich the lives of children and adults with developmental disabilities.
